Special trains announced

The Southern Railway has announced that the following special fare special trains will be run on Tiruchi - Thanjavur -Tiruchi and Mannargudi - Tiruchi - Mannargudi routes to clear the extra rush during summer holidays:

A daily Tiruchi - Thanjavur Special Fare Special Train (No. 06866) will be operated from May 29 to August 25. The train will leave Tiruchi at 7 p.m. and arrive at Thanjavur at 8 p.m. In the return direction, the train (No.06865) will be operated from May 30 to August 26. It will leave Thanjavur at 7.30 a.m. and reach Tiruchi at 8.45 a.m. The trains will stop at Tiruverumbur and Budalur. A weekly Mannargudi - Tiruchi Special Fare Special Train (No. 06863 ) will be operated on Saturdays from June 2 to August 25. The train will leave Mannargudi at 6 p.m. and reach Tiruchi at 9.30 p.m. In the return direction, the train (No.06864) will be operated on Mondays from June 4 to August 27. The train will leave Tiruchi at 8.45 a.m. and reach Mannargudi at 11.15 a.m. The trains will stop at Nidamangalam, Thanjavur, Budalur and Tiruverumbur on both directions.
