AirIndia Express daily flight to Dubai and Singapore
Air India Express (AIE) will operate 27 flights more a week to Gulf destinations from Kerala and Mangalore from October 28.
A press release by AIE said here on Saturday that it has increased its
services from Kerala and Mangalore airports to Gulf destinations from 92
services a week to 119 services in its winter schedule — an increase of
27 flights a week.
Under the winter schedule, Mangalore will see AIE flying twice daily to
Dubai; three times a week to Muscat and Abu Dhabi; and twice weekly to
Doha and Bahrain.
Kochi will connect Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Doha and Sharjah daily and
Muscat thrice a week. Kozhikode will connect Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah,
Bahrain, Doha, Dammam and Muscat daily; Salalah twice a week; Kuwait
three times a week; and one weekly service to the city of Al-Ain.
Thiruvananthapuram will connect Abu Dhabi and Dubai daily; Muscat three
times a week; Sharjah four times a week; and Salalah twice a week.
The release said this is the first time ever since its inception in 2005
that AIE is deploying so many services from Kerala and Mangalore to the
Gulf and back.
In addition to the above, AIE will operate a daily flight from
Tiruchirapalli to Dubai and back. Singapore will also be connected with
Tiruchirapalli by a daily flight. Chennai will have a daily flight to
Colombo and Singapore. Kuala Lumpur will be connected four times a week
from Chennai, it said.
Amritsar will have a daily flight operating on Amritsar-Dubai-Amritsar route.
AIE will also operate four flights a week between Jaipur and Dubai.
Lucknow will have a daily flight to Dubai, and Mumbai will have three
flights a week to Doha and Dubai, it said.
