Website for Trichy Rock Fort temple launched

Tiruchirappalli, May 25 : History and other details of famous Rock Fort temple here, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, is now available in the web site www.Tiruchyrockfort.Org. Joint commissioner of Hindu Religious and Chartiable Endowment Trust Balasubramanian formally launched the website. The temple was built in 7th century by Mahendra Varman, according to scientific records.

It was also known as 'South Kailasam". The website gives details about poojas,and festivals of the temple,temple sources said. - Agencies
