One more Engg College in Trichy

The State Transport Minister K.N. Nehru inaugurated the MAM College of Engineering and Technology started by the MAM Group of Institutions at Siruganur near here recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nehru said an Information Technology park would be established at Tiruchi soon which would create job opportunities for several engineering students in Tiruchi, its surrounding districts.

There was a time when not many could pursue engineering course owing to limited number of colleges.

Things had changed now with the starting of several self-financing engineering colleges.

The chairman, MAM Group of Institutions M. Abdul Majedu presided over the function, a press release said.
