Change in pattern of train services

Due to maintenance of track
The Southern Railway has announced cancellation, partial cancellation and rescheduling of some trains due to line block for maintenance of track between Kumbakonam and Mayiladuthurai from November 8 to 15.
Fully cancelled
The Mayiladuthurai – Tiruchi – Mayiladuthurai Express trains will be fully cancelled from November 8 to 15. The Tiruchi – Thanjavur – Tiruchi Passengers (Train no. 76824 / 76827) will be fully cancelled on November 11.
Partially cancelled
The Mayiladuthurai – Tirunelveli – Mayiladuthurai Passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Mayiladuthurai – Tiruchi – Mayiladuthurai from November 11 to 13.
The Tiruchi – Mayiladuthurai Passenger will be partially cancelled between Kumbakonam and Mayiladuthurai from November 8 to 15.
Rescheduled
The Mayiladuthurai – Tirunelveli Passenger scheduled to leave Mayiladuthurai at 11.25 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 11.45 a.m. from November 8 to 10 and on November 14 and 15. The Karaikal - Tiruchi Passenger will be regulated for 15 minutes at Tiruvarur from November 8 to 15. The Rameswaram – Bhubaneswar Express will be regulated for 30 minutes at Tiruchi on November 12. The Tirunelveli – Mayiladuthurai Passenger will be regulated for 30 minutes at Tiruchi on November 14 and 15. The Tambaram – Sengottai Express scheduled to leave Tambaram at 7 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 8.30 a.m. from November 11 to 13. The Sengottai – Tambaram Express scheduled to leave Sengottai at 6 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 7.15 a.m. on November 11, 12 and 14, a press release said.
