IndiGo launches Trichy-Kochi, Trichy-Bengaluru flights

 IndiGo on Thursday launched flights on the Trichy-Bengaluru and Trichy -Kochi routes. The airline is using a new ATR 72-600 aircraft to operate the services on these routes.
No 6E 7163 Kochi-Trichy flight takes off from Kochi at 6.25am and lands here at 7.40am.
No 6E 7161 Trichy-Bengaluru flight departs at 8am and reaches Bengaluru at 9.05am.
No 6E 7162 Bengaluru-Trichy flight takes off at 10.30am and arrives here at 11.50am.


No 6E 7164 Trichy-Kochi flight departs at 12.10pm and lands in Kochi at 1.05pm
With the Bengaluru and Kochi services, the number of domestic services from Trichy per day has gone up to 12 from the existing 10. While the number of domestic destinations connected with Trichy has been increased from three to 5.

IndiGo Air is operating four services between Chennai and Trichy. Jet Airways is operating three services between Trichy and Chennai. Alliance Air is operating a flight on the route.
