Changes in train services

The Southern Railway has announced the following changes in operation of trains due to line block for engineering works for maintenance of track on Thanjavur – Alakudi – Budalur section on October 30 and 31:

The Mayiladuthurai–Tiruchi – Mayiladuthurai Express (TrainNo.16233 / 16234 ) will be fully cancelled on both days. The Mayiladuthurai – Tirunelveli – Mayiladuthurai Passenger will be partially cancelled on Mayiladuthurai – Tiruchi –Mayiladuthurai ( T.No.56821/56822) section on both days.

The Tambaram - Shencottah Express (Train No.06071) scheduled to leave Tambaram at 7 a.m. has been rescheduled to leave at 9 a.m. on October 30. The Shencottah - Tambaram Express (Train No.06072 ) scheduled to leave Shencottah at 6 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 8 a.m. on October 31.
