Changes in train services due to line block

The Southern Railway has announced changes in the operation of some train services due to line block for maintenance of the track in the Thanjavur–Alakudi– Budalur stretch from October 25 to 27.

The Mayiladuthurai– Tiruchi–Mayiladuthurai express trains will be fully cancelled on October 25, 26 and 27, a Southern Railway press release said.

The Mayiladuthurai– Tirunelveli -Mayiladuthurai passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Mayiladuthurai– Tiruchi–Mayiladuthurai from October 25 to 27.

The Tambaram – Sengottai express scheduled to leave Tambaram at 7 a.m. is rescheduled to leave the station at 9 a.m. on October 25, 26 and 27.

The Sengottai–Tambaram express scheduled to leave Sengottai at 6 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 8 a.m. on October 26 and 27, the railway press release said.
