The man behind awe-inspiring visual effects in Hollywood movies like Titanic, X -Man and Terminator will be interacting with the students as part of the 43rd edition of Festember.
NIT-Trichy director Mini Shaji Thomas said Mumbai-based poet and feminist Aranya Johar would also be part of the four-day event this year, apart from many celebrities from the music world.
Started as a small event way back in 1975, the four-day festival is perhaps the largest campus event in the country. The festival will see 17,000 participants from various collages. The September 21-24 Festember will have a total of 63 events in 13 clusters and students.
The event which has The Times of India as its media partner will have music concert on all the four nights with different themes.
